Artist Statement

This is my favorite image of Secretary Bunch taken from his “A Fool’s Errand” book tour. I wanted to capture an image portraying his passion and enthusiasm for his life-long love of history and I think this one does. The SFJazz Center was a great venue where I could roam behind the subjects and photograph fly-on-the-wall style. I studied photography in college after taking an elective class and have been at it ever since.
